We, Marion and Paul, are passionate cooks. We have changed our perspective: from guest to host. We bake crispy pizzas and tarte flambée for you every day. Depending on what the market has to offer, Paul makes his own sausages (with sauerkraut), we store beef for tender, juicy steaks cooked to perfection, and we serve for example Schnitzel Viennese style, pasta al dente and smoked fish.
